Hi, I'm Dennis! I'm the founder of the Big Gay River Float, an event I created with one simple goal: to bring people together. I wanted to create a fun, safe, and welcoming space where LGBTQ+ people, allies, friends, and families could connect, build lasting friendships, and celebrate the incredible diversity of our community.
What started as a small gathering of friends has grown into one of the region's most unique and exciting LGBTQ+ summer traditions. Each year, we continue to grow and 100+ people come together for a day of sunshine, laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories on the river. Nothing brings me more joy than watching strangers become friends, seeing people find a sense of belonging, and knowing this event has helped build a stronger, more connected community.
Professionally, I'm a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, proudly serving the Greater Pittsburgh area. As a Pittsburgh City Paper Best Real Estate Agent winner, one of Coldwell Banker Top Producer, and recipient of multiple sales and community leadership awards, I'm passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals while making a positive impact in the communities I serve. I believe that home is more than just a place—it's where memories are made and lives are built.
When I'm not planning the next Big Gay River Float or helping clients buy and sell homes, you'll usually find me camping, hiking, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with friends.
